Nightshade, Wolfsbane

Nightshade is a book, that's really good. Well, if it wasn't, then I wouldn't read it.. but. Yeah. Actually the overall was superb, but the individual words and sentences and sections were kind of long, drawn out, and boring. ANd I hate Shay, but that's just my opinion. GO REN! He's a jerk at the beginning, but he turns out to be okay. Better than Shay at least, I think. Wolfsbane is the second. I'm in the process of reading it. If I can find where I left the book!
Okay, so here's what Nightshade is about: Calla Tor is a future pack alpha, all she has to do, is seal her destiny by marrying Ren Laroche, of the Bane pack. But then she rescues Shay, an ordinary boy, who has an inner sparkle to Calla's eye. (Ha! I may write this, but I find it NOT true!) Then she realizes that the Keepers, a bunch of wizards bent on protecting the world, aren't as they seem......
Yay! Read the books, the third book is called Bloodrose. Root for Ren!

-Zach...Zach...is definitely in it. Obv. But who else is with him?
- It's serious this time. With guns. I like guns.

Why do we go to school?

Here's my theory:
We go to elementary to prepare us for Junior high.
Junior High prepares us for High school.
But after the Highest School, they go and prepare us for college.
and College allegedly prepares us for life.
I thought we were supposed to live life. Not prepare for it.

And if most of our life is preparing for life, when exactly do we start living life?
Because before you know it, you've been married and have children.
And you have to start spending your time preparing your children for life.

When I asked a teacher, here's her lame response, "You start living life when your done with schools."
I beg to differ. Because then the teacher has never lived her life. Because she's not done with schools.

There are fourteen routes a person can take from the library to the suite where I’ve lived since my first day of seventh grade.  I knew which one was fastest, which was busiest, which one had the most awesome views and the route that was most likely to make a girl freeze to death in winter.
But that night I didn’t settle for any of those.  No, that night I went straight for the part of the mansion that no one but the teachers ever used.  The halls were long and narrow and empty, nothing but faculty living quarters and the occasional bookcase to mark the way.
It was easy to feel like I was the only person in the mansion (which was totally what I was going for) right up until the point when I heard a voice say, “Cammie?”
Zach was there.  Zach was there wearing nothing but a towel, but the being there part was far more concerning than the towel part to tell you the truth (the towel part brought up a whole different set of issues.)  Because something in the way he was looking at me told me that I had completely and totally failed in my attempt to hide.
I didn’t know which was more frustrating, his penchant for showing up at utterly embarrassing portions of my life or the looks he gave me when he did— like he knew more, saw more, understood better than anyone else on earth and right then I kind of hated him for it.'

Hey, guys, its Dreamer.

And this is seriously, the most serious post you will probably ever see on this blog.

Joseph Kony, a gang leader in Uganda, is the head of the LRA (Lord Resistance Army). Kony fits in the category of All Evil, where I placed Hitler and Osama Bin Ladin. But Kony, what Kony does, is utterly despicable. He abducts children, and forces them to work in his army. Not only that, he eliminates all hope by killing the families of these children. These children are forced to kill their own parents.

And even though Obama has sent 100 troops to fight Kony, it isn't enough. But not many people know about Kony. So InvisibleChildren has created a documentary about Kony. Asking for help. Raising awareness.

And that's what I'm doing. Please, guys, if you can, please watch the documentary. And spread the word.
