Out of Sight, Out of Time
As you all know, I'm a huge Gallagher Girl fan. And yes, I wish I was as talented as Cammie Morgan.
Well, the YA Sisterhood recently posted something about the fifth installment of the Gallagher Girl Series.

I am so glad that other people feel the same way! And yeah, I did follow people down the street too (it was actually successful :) ) and acted like a "pavement artist" all month.
What can I say? I'm obsessed.

Cover Reveal (Kane Chronicles #3)
Rick Riordan has done it again! His final book for the Kane Chronicles, The Serpent's Shadow, now has a cover!
Riordan also announced the he will be writing a collection of short stories known as the Demigod Diaries. This will come out August 14.
There will be:
*Story about Luke Castellan traveling with Thalia and Annabeth
*Percy and Annabeth's first date (and an interruption)
*Story about Leo building the Argo II
* And my personal favorite, I will include a quote of what Rick Riordan said:
And, as announced on Rock Center, the anthology includes a debut short story from my son Haley. Since Haley inspired the entire Percy Jackson series, it seemed only right that I asked him to contribute his own original spin on Percy's world for this book. I was amazed at what Haley came up with. His brother Patrick, who's a tough editor, was quick to say, "Dad, his story is better than yours!" Haley ponders the question: "What happened to the demigods who fought with Kronos's army after the battle in Manhattan?" This is the story of one such demigod, and I have to admit, some of Haley's ideas are so good I wish I'd come up with them!
This has rendered me awestruck...Mwah to Rick Riordan, and his son Haley!

What really grinds my gears is that; sometimes, people check their email, like fifty times a day or more, and send you a TON of useless and time-wasting emails, but then the one day you NEED them to respond to you to get something done, they just happen to be able to check their email fifty times like they've done so the past few years!

Inspiration
If you're ever are in need for inspiration like, for a painting, book, essay, perfect dating place, or something..... look back! I find that looking back on my past helps with inspiring me. But maybe that's just because I'm so awesome and all that I have an awesome past.
Right? Wrong.
You don't need a good past for an idea. Sometimes your worst moments can really inspire you.... to write, paint, or do something horribly depressing?

Glow Sticks!!!
I love glow sticks. My room would be decorated with them if I could. I would replace the light-bulb with glow sticks if they were bright enough. But, sadly, they aren't, and they fade away pretty fast too.
I know, this post is epic randomness, but we're Dreamers right? You bet.
Back to the glow sticks!
It's really sad, to me, when a glow stick fades away. Especially the two I have right now. Because they won't fade away normally! The Blue One just pulses, and it taunts me. The Green One Is black on one end, and all bright and shiny and happy looking on the other. Grrrrrrrr.
I might love glow sticks in general.... but these two are the black sheep of them all.

You know what really Grinds My Gears? When commercials make no sense. The other day, I watched this commercial in which the voiceover was talking about some cell-phone (that I really want) and that was fine, but the footage.... was about HAIR. Hair = cell-phones? I think not! And the hair wasn't twisting itself into cell-phone related things, it was just blowing around like a tornado came by the minute you picked up the cell-phone. I think that sends a VERY clear message about what will happen if you buy that cell-phone; create a random tornado.
Doesn't that annoy you so much too? I mean COME ON!
